Inspiration
The Celtic-inspired border frames text and claw-like shapes and centers on a fiery sun image. The armillary was carefully placed to be an accurate time device. The quote from the Tolkien text in Elvish translates: “But that is not for us to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time given to us.”
