Inspiration
Elements of the mosaic are drawn from the early wallpaper designs of C.F.A. Voysey, a noted British Arts and Crafts architect and designer, whose work also motivates the overall design of this newly-constructed home. Calla lilies are strewn among a field of pale crackle-glazed tiles with a border anchored by seahorses in each corner. Crema marfil marble tiles surround the mosaic.
